Do you need any previous experience of Dragon Boat Racing to enter this race?
No – All information will be given to teams, however we are offering two training days from your training to give you some tips to help your team as well as the safety briefing on the day prior to the race. Indicate on your application form if you wish to attend one of the training sessions. Once we receive your application we will be in touch with you to confirm your training day and time.

I am having trouble completing and submitting my entry form can you help?
Yes of course, just send us an e-mail with your contact details and we will ring you to help you complete and submit your form.

Do we need to send the entry fee with the application form?
No, just complete and submit your entry form and we will contact you to confirm we have your entry and will then arrange payment details.

When will we receive information about what to do on the day?
A confirmation email will be sent to you after accepting your application, including some further information regarding the race and the event.

You will be kept updated regularly via our social media channel. Plus, a Race Pack including the race schedule will be sent to you two weeks prior to the race day and it will also be available here on the website too.

What else will be happening at the festival?
The opening ceremony will take place on the Media City Piazza which will include all teams. Further information will be provided once your entry has been accepted.

A programme of entertainment for all the family and a variety of food stalls each day running from 12.00pm – 5.00pm.
